Dark Mode Instructions
- Google Chrome: Use Chrome’s dark theme in Settings for the browser UI. If you want to force dark styling on websites,
chrome://flags → Auto Dark Mode for Web Contents may still be available, but it is experimental.
- Firefox: Use Firefox theme and website appearance settings. Advanced users can use
about:config → layout.css.prefers-color-scheme.content-override, where 0 = dark, 1 = light, 2 = system, 3 = browser.
- Safari: Enable Dark mode in macOS System Settings → Appearance.
- Edge: Go to Settings → Appearance → Default theme → Dark. Experimental force-dark flags may exist, but they are not the primary supported method.
- Terminal browsers: Use your terminal emulator’s colour scheme and, where supported, the browser’s own colour options.
